SKY-TRIGGER-V3
Sold Out
New trigger unit for up to 6S applications and for the DJI Inspire 1 and DJI Inspire 2!
Built in 5V power output for receiver.
When a launch signal is received from the aircraft's receiver, the trigger conducts power to the launcher from the flight battery or a dedicated parachute battery. The fuse heats rapidly and breaks, releasing the piston after only 0.2 seconds from command.
Trigger is designed to work in the most demanding environments for maximum reliability. PCB is protected against vibrations.
Trigger comes with 30 cm cables and un-soldered XT60 connectors. Wires can be shortened for better fit.
SPECIFICATIONS
DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND THE MOST DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS
The trigger is protected against moisture and touch. All electronics and solders are coated by dipping the unit into liquid rubber. The coating protects against vibration and external elements while keeping the unit lightweight.
Our tests cover underwater scenarios, +90 °C (194 °F) temperatures with 100% relative humidity, and -20 °C freezing conditions.
The circuit board reliability is established on multiple factors. Components are soldered through double-sided gold-plated board with brass bushings. It is highly unlikely to have a poor connection between the component and circuit board, even in a vibrating faulty copter.
THE HIGHEST QUALITY COMPONENTS AND MANUFACTURING
Main components regulator and capacitors are from quality manufacturers: Texas Instruments and Panasonic. Each Trigger is manually inspected by an electronics engineer and tested by ejecting a real, armed parachute launcher.
DESIGNED WITH THE HIGHEST RELIABILITY IN MIND
Trigger is rated for a single parachute launcher in normal use. However, we have tested with high stress several times - up to 4 x launchers simultaneously and a single launcher up to 8S.
