Return Policy - Refunds - Exchanges

We take pride in our products and strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

REGARDING CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Many of our products are built to order and to your specifications. Our standard policy is that custom product sales are final once production starts; however, we review returns for custom products on a case-by-case basis. Some custom products can still be returned or exchanged depending on product type and condition. As such, returns and exchanges for custom products are subject to the discretion of Fruity Chutes. Customers can still contact us to inquire if they qualify for a return or exchange.

REGARDING LARGE BUILD-TO ORDERS: Large orders requiring the build out of additional product stock as required for order cannot be canceled once paid for and production is underway. Customers who are unsure if their order was “built to order” (i.e. if it required the build out of additional product stock) can contact us to inquire if they qualify for a return or exchange.

RETURN POLICY

Customers have 60 days from the delivery of product to initiate a return.* After 60 days, returns may only be eligible for store-credit. After 90 days, the product may not be returned, no exceptions. Returned item(s) must be new and unused.

Restocking Fee: Product returns are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, in which case Fruity Chutes will pay for return shipping. All returns must be properly packed for shipping in order to avoid damage. Returned products must include original contents and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions or are not properly packed will: not be accepted, be returned to the customer, and receive no refund.

How to Make a Return: Contact us with our online form or email us at fruitysales@fruitychutes.com. Include your order number, what product(s) you would like to return and why. We will respond to your request via email within five business days. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the product(s) to better assess eligibility for return.

After approving your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship it back. If the reason for return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label requiring no payment on your part.

EXCHANGE POLICY

The returned item(s) must be new and unused. The exchange item(s) must be of equal or similar value to the original product by discretion of Fruity Chutes.*

Requests for exchange items of lower value may receive a refund to the original payment method for the difference in cost. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of product. If the original payment method is not available to issue the refund, we will issue a check and mail it via post.

Requests for exchange items of higher value are subject to a charge for the difference in cost from the original order.

How to Make an Exchange: Contact us with our online form or email us at fruitysales@fruitychutes.com. Include your order number, what product(s) you would like to return and why. State whether you would like a replacement for the same item(s) or to exchange for another product.

If you are unsure as to which item you should request in exchange (example: unsure of your required parachute size, launcher weight range, etc.), let us know in your request and we will help you determine the best option for your situation.

We will respond to your request via email within five business days. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the product(s) to better assess eligibility for exchange.

After approving your exchange, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship it back. If the reason for exchange is due to an error on our part or a product defect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label requiring no payment on your part. After receipt of the returned item(s), we will ship your exchange item(s) within three to five business days and send you an email notice for your shipment. If there are any delays due to stock issues regarding your exchange item(s), we will inform you immediately and provide an updated shipping date.
